JUNIOR SECTION FUNDRASING DAY
The club is holding a 1 mile fun run on Saturday 2nd May at Aston Old Edwardians (10.30am). The funds raised will help fund the junior teams travel and match day expenses during the forthcoming season.
Everyone is welcome to join in (yes mums and dads that means you too)! The run is followed by Murrayfield Magic for those wishing to watch some great games and relax after the hard work and a sale of very cheap club t-shirts and polo shirts.

CLUBMARK
In October 2008 Birmingham Bulldogs became the latest rugby league club in the Midlands to achieve the prestigious Sport England Clubmark award. The Bulldogs were presented with their award on the pitch before the Gillette Fusion International between England and Wales.
To achieve the award the club had to prove they met a series of challenging criteria. Having met these Sport England recognises Birmingham Bulldogs as a high quality, welcoming environments for young participants. Particular areas that the club had to prove themselves in included, the playing and participation programme, duty of care and safeguarding and protecting children, sports equity and ethics, and club management.
On achieving the award club chairman Richard Morris commented “The award of Clubmark to the club is a further step in the development of the club. Following the setting up of our junior section 18 months ago this was the next logical step for the club and it demonstrates that we are a well run club. This award will show to existing and prospective parents that we are running the club in a safe and correct manner.“
